Shipping
The shipping costs will be added to the sales prices. If the actual shipping costs are lower, we will refund the excess amount paid. At any costs of customs clearance we have no influence. They will be charged to the buyer.

Payment
It can be payd by credit card (in the web shop or online via a special link), by advance invoice with a payment slip (Switzerland only) or by bank transfer. We send the order as soon as the invoice amount is received or is verified by PayPal.

Retention of title
All products remain property of Imthurn Productions until their complete payment.

Delivery times
The estimated delivery dates are non-binding. In the case of supply shortages, we will inform the customer immediately. We reserve the right to partial deliveries.

Right of Return
Within 10 days of receipt, the products can be returned. Are they complete and intact, then the sale price will be refunded. The shipping costs of the return is paid by the customer.

Warranty
We provide to our products a warranty of 6 months from date of delivery. Our warranty applies only to the replacement of the product value, not the incidental or consequential damages.

Online Security and Privacy
The online payment is secured by SSL by PayPal. All credit card details are not forwarded by Paypal. Received customer information will not be shared.

Severability
Should any of the clauses of these Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.

Jurisdiction
The place of fulfillment is Vendlincourt, Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Porrentruy, Switzerland. It is the Swiss law.
